Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not been dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer support at WhatsApp or call us at +91-9150157888 with your order details.

• If the order is already shipped, cancellation requests may be treated as a return.
• Once cancelled, refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

• Initiate returns within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags and certificates.
• Engraved or customized pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Return Process

2. Receive a Return Authorization via email.
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging.

5. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status.

4. Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Credit may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
